Momentum

I checked my visitor stats this weekend and was STUNNED to see that more than 2,300 people have visited the site in the month of February.  And even better, several hundred people actually came back and visited me again.  Wow!  That's so cool.  

Much of the thanks for this increase goes to Rachel at Knitting Pattern Central for including My Kind of Cowl.  Knitting Pattern Central, for those not in the know, is an online directory of free knitting patterns.  It's an excellent resource.  

This is a big boost, especially considering the two patterns I submitted to Knitty were not accepted (via the nicest note from the editor Amy Singer).  All is not lost, though, the patterns are being re-submitted elsewhere.  Cross your fingers!

Also....I'm working on the patterns for more items in the Chicago Winter series (My Kind of Cowl was the first).  Look for two more items to be up this week!
